It is not by mistake that Lushiously is spelt incorrectly, rather from my personal experience with the Lush Cosmetics Brand that makes me think luscious was spelt incorrectly to begin with. Before going online to research the brand, my casual walk past the Fashion Valley location, with enticing smells, and passionate employees eager to wrangle passer-byres into the store I couldn't resist.
My initial experience in the Lush store was overwhelming. I was immersed into the products and the people instantly... Yes literally, they literally did a trial of products on my hands and face all of which were geared specifically to my needs and concerns. A Lush employee by the name of Natasha took the time to get to know me, make emotional connections with me and talk about her own experiences with the products and how they'd changed her life and made her feel.
Yeah yeah yeah... okay Natasha life changing... nods head and smiles. And then she said the most beautiful thing any girl loves to here, "But wait! Please take home samples of everything that interest you"
Let me Just say I am not one to say no to anything free, hello college student! So I ended up walking out of Lush with super soft hands and a baggie full of FREE goodies to try and feeling confident and happy with the interactions I had just experienced. Not even a week later and I was hooked. I went back in and bought one semesters tuition worth of product!
I kid, obviously. But you get the point.
Fast forward one semester and I entered my Accounting class and who would ya know I sat down next to... My new BFF Natasha. We both recognized each other from that one Lush day experience and conversation picked up like we had been old friends. She shared with me her experiences and joys of working there and just seemed like a genuinely happy person. She would preach the story and the grace of her co-workers to me, and the products, they really had made a huge difference in my skin (which not event dermatologists prescription medication could help).
As to say my experience with the brand, branched out of the store and the products and into a wonderful friendship which I still hold close today.
While that is important, I found myself later in a situation exploring Seattle by myself and the darned airport took my too-big of bottles with my hair and skin magic. BUT, wait for it....
I happened to be at a mall in Seattle when I can across another Lush store. Crying tears of joy I entered the store and was greeted by the same happiness and welcomes received at the Fashion Valley location. They were more than happy to get me enough small samples of my typical products to last me during my trip, and we bonded over our frustration of airport security not understanding my NEED for products #curlyhairproblems.
I could go on and on about this lovely brand, and I will in my case study paper. But to give you a preview of what I will be discussing the below images can give you some hints!

"We believe our products are good value, that we should make a profit and that the customer is always right."
