Transformational Leadership: One Cup at a Time

I chose to look at Starbucks and the Transformational Leadership style of Howard Schultz. Over the course of my academic career, our leadership courses have carried similar messages and focused on the successes of key companies and their leaders, Starbucks being one of them. I also took this as an opportunity to research the company and the caffine that have helped my sleepless nights and exam-cram study times.
