Courage- Danielle Stathu, with blunt, honest reflections. I love how your personailty comes through in your writing, just as if we were talking in person. Your reflections on the past leadership expeiriences you've had are bold and speak volume of the leadership that's in place now and how it could be improved. HUGE HUGE HUGE Grey's Anatomy Fan, so I could totally relate to your behavior based theories blog. It was alos interesting to see your take on their leadership qualities and how us being different as individulas affected our perception of something as simple as a TV show!!

Craft- Kevin Hancock for the win with the most well themed blog site. All blogs and quotes carry through the same passion of beach and ocean and surf. When he says in his introduction post of what he wanted this site to convey, "As my quote alludes to, I want this site to convey my ability to overcome obstacles and continue leading in a way that seems enjoyable. There are always going to be large waves in the way, but if you learn to surf there is nothing that cannot be overcome." you really do get an overall feeling of that vibe throughout. Keep on keepin' on Kev!

Clever Tie- Amanda Brown & Shaun Edusada. Both sites are very different and convey different personal expressions... As you'd expect from two different people. Shaun's site is the next level of prefessionalism. Taking a look at his site I felt compelled to lick through the links, like a professional site where there is legitamate advice... take notes people
And Amanda's was friendly and a different type of inviting compared to Shaun's. Both were esthetically pleasing and kept my interest. Take a look!
